Revitalizing ingredients to add to your green tea

‘Better go 3 days without food, then one day without green tea’

I don’t say that but the Chinese do and for good reason.

The culture I belong to loves milk tea. They just crazy about it. If you tell them they won’t die if they don’t take 2-3 cups of boiling hot milk and sugar black tea they will never agree. Anyways… let’s just get back to green teas.

I am a green tea person. I love anything that gives plain water extra nutrition. Green teas are therefore my favorite. They are better than any other tea when compared for health benefits.

While I love the good ‘ol simple green tea, there are a few ingredients that help me take my tea to the next level. In this post, I’ll share my top 5 green tea ingredients for extra energy and plenty of health benefits.

I love the process that makes honey. I mean it’s pure love. Bees have a love for flowers’ nectar. The go places in search of the best nectars out there. They collect it they process it and then neatly store the outcome in a geometrically perfect compartment. It’s safe even when it’s out there in the environment. It’s sweet and with tons and tons of health benefits.

So much Khair in it. No wonder the Prophet (PBUH) liked it so much. According to Tibb Nabvi(Prophetic Medicine), honey is known to cure all diseases except for death. If you are not destined to die, honey has the capability to cure any disease.

The prophet (PBUH) used to take it in lukewarm water in the morning.

Honey is a rich anti-oxidant. It helps ease blood circulation, blood pressure and manage the heart well. It is also known to treat a burn on wounds. If you ever get cut by a knife or any sharp instrument just don’t put any water on it. Instead, apply honey. Honey not only soothes the would it also helps it heal better. Same goes for burns. If you don’t want any blisters on the burnt area apply honey in place of water.
